Onboarding a BreweryRouting Customer (No GPS)

Support and User Meeting

  • Support discusses key processing points with customer.
  • Configurin and setting the Ship Date is critical.
  • Work time is the Job Defaults work time PLUS the time specified for each of the line items on the estimates or invoices being imported.
  • How to fill Worker and Vehicle spreadsheets.
  • Worker and Vehicle costs are used to identify transportation costs. If there are any vehicles that are not used for route sales, the costs are used to determine which estimates or invoices are placed on which vehicle.
  • Discuss trip and job defaults.
  • Overview on using the BreweryRouting application. The user should know enough to perform the tasks in the user version of the “User Actions” section of this page.

Support and User Meeting – First Day Walk-Through

  • Support walks customer through daily process on first day of use.
  • User imports estimates or invoices.
  • User executes the assignment process.
  • User makes changes to the trips, if necessary.
  • User prints delivery manifest and product loading list.
