How To Transfer A GPS Unit

GPS units may be transferred from one tenant to another by a user with TenantAdmin authority.

To do this:

  1. Login as the account with the GPS unit.
  2. Go to the Hello… menu and select Edit My Profile.
  3. On the Special tab, check GPS Units: Enable GPS Unit Transfer
  4. Click OK to save.
  5. Go to the Resources menu and select GPS Units.
  6. Each GPS unit listed will have a Transfer link.
  7. Click the Transfer link for the unit to be transferred.
  8. Select the Company Name to which the unit is to be transferred.
  9. Click OK.
  10. A message indicating a successful transfer is displayed.
  11. Go to the Hello… menu and select Edit My Profile.
  12. On the Special tab, uncheck GPS Units: Enable GPS Unit Transfer
  13. Click OK to save.
